| Pork chops with Mushroom Soup |
4-5 pork chops
2 large cans of mushroom soup
dash of salt
dash of pepper
Dash of Sweet Basil
1-Large onion
prepare pork chops by adding salt ,pepper,and sweet basil on the chops
place Pork chops in a baking pan and then chop onion and layer onions over meat and the open cans of mushroom soup and pour over pork chops to even coverage on them and place baking pan with cover in oven set at 315 degrees F. for 1 to hours until pork chops is tender and falls apart .This real quick easy dish that can be use in many meals as is or on 2day use with macaroni as a hot dish

This is an easy recipe you can do You will need the following to make it
1-2 Eggplant
Flour season with salt and pepper to your taste
egg was -1-2 eggs slightly beaten with about a 1/4 cup of milk mix well
vegetable oil for frying
peel your egg plant and cut the ends off and cut pieces of egg plant about 1/4 inch thick
You then deep your pieces in floor and then egg was and the coat once more with your flour coating .You then place in an skillet that been heating then add your oil to get hot and place your coated eggplant in it and let it get a golden brown color and flip it to fry the other side to get the same and then you can eat it like that of make a milk gravy for it to eat with bread or the following day you could make a dish in the oven by using cheese on it witch is very tasty
